Our move-in/move-out cleaning is designed to leave the property in optimal condition, meeting the standards required by owners, tenants, or buyers. This service is much deeper than a regular cleaning: it focuses on complete disinfection and the removal of dust, grease, stains, and accumulated dirt in every corner, even the most hidden ones.
What does Move In / Move Out Cleaning include? The entire property:
Complete removal of dust, cobwebs, and visible dirt. Cleaning of doors, handles, switches, and baseboards.
Cleaning of window frames and interior windows. Cleaning of ventilation grilles, blinds, and lamps.
Deep vacuuming and mopping of all floors and corners. Cleaning behind and under furniture (if accessible or absent). Kitchen: Deep cleaning of appliances inside and out (microwave). Complete cleaning of cabinets (interior and exterior). Cleaning of the extractor hood. Cleaning of countertops, sink, faucets, and backsplashes. Disinfection of areas with accumulated grease or residue. Bathrooms: Deep cleaning of showers, bathtubs, toilets, and sinks.
Cleaning of grout, tiles, and mirrors. Disinfection of faucets, shower doors, and walls. Removal of limescale and accumulated residue.
Bedrooms and Common Areas:
Complete cleaning of wardrobes and closets inside (empty). Cleaning of interior windows, blinds, and grilles. Cleaning of lamps, switches, doors, and frames.
Optional extras with additional cost: Interior cleaning of (refrigerator and oven). Cleaning of outdoor areas such as patios or garages.Cleaning with special disinfection (if there were previous pets or smokers).
When is it recommended?
When handing over a home or premises to recover a deposit or avoid penalties. Before moving into a new home, ensuring a clean and residue-free space from previous tenants. For properties for sale or rent that must be presented in optimal condition. Important note: This service requires the property to be unoccupied all areas to guarantee effective cleaning.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event of an emergency requiring the cancellation of your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
We appreciate your guidance on the preferred method of accessing your property, as well as any specific instructions you may have.
Please ensure that all areas designated for cleaning are unlocked and accessible.
PETS
We ask that you notify us if there are any pets on the premises, including their types and numbers, as well as any necessary precautions to ensure a smooth cleaning process.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
The cost of our cleaning services is determined by various factors, including service area, property size and type of cleaning.
Please be advised that prices may vary based on the level of thoroughness required, especially in homes with pets.
We accept payment via Cash and Zelle.
Payment is expected upon completion of services.
Please note that late payment fees will be enacted if payment is not received within one hour of service completion
