Standard Cleaning Standard cleaning is designed for the regular maintenance of inhabited houses or apartments. It is ideal for those who want to keep their home clean, tidy, and welcoming. It is recommended to do it weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the client’s needs. 

What does this service include? General Areas (all rooms) Dusting of flat surfaces (tables, shelves, desks), frames, and corners. Basic organization of objects such as cushions or magazines. Sweeping or vacuuming, and mopping of floors. Emptying waste bins. Living Room Cleaning of furniture (without abrasive products). Arranging decorative objects. Kitchen Cleaning of countertops, tables, and islands. Exterior and interior cleaning of the microwave. Exterior cleaning of the refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher. Cleaning of the sink and faucets. Sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

Note: Tasks such as cleaning the inside of the oven, cabinets, or refrigerator are not included. Bathrooms Disinfection of toilets, sinks, countertops, faucets, and showers or bathtubs. Cleaning of mirrors. Restocking of toilet paper if the client provides them. Sweeping and mopping the floor. Bedrooms Making beds (unless otherwise indicated). Cleaning of small furniture, lamps, and surfaces. Vacuuming or mopping depending on the type of floor. General visual tidying of the space. Hallways and Entrances Dusting of shelves, pictures, and doors. Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming the area. What a standard cleaning does not include: Interior window washing. Cleaning of garages or patios. Laundry or ironing. Moving large furniture.

PETS

We ask that you notify us if there are any pets on the premises, including their types and numbers, as well as any necessary precautions to ensure a smooth cleaning process.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

The cost of our cleaning services is determined by various factors, including service area, property size and type of cleaning.
Please be advised that prices may vary based on the level of thoroughness required, especially in homes with pets.
We accept payment via Cash and Zelle.
Payment is expected upon completion of services.
Please note that late payment fees will be enacted if payment is not received within one hour of service completion
